A woman drowned to death after fell into river while walking and playing with her cellphone in Wenzhou, south China’s Zhejiang province on Dec. 29.
According to a study by the U.S. Nation Safety Council, cell phones are causing more and more car crashes and pedestrian accidents in the past years.
